Ungheria: inizio invaiatura su Kèkfrankos nella zona di Eger

In Ungheria zona di Eger, è iniziata l’invaiatura del Kékfrankos (Blaufränkisch in Austria). Interessanti le differenze tra cloni.

La tipica forma di allevamento è il cordone speronato con quattro punti vegetativi. Abbiamo iniziato la potatura con il metodo Simonit&Sirch due anni fa. Si vede già la differenza ad oggi rispetto al 2018 in termini di omogeneità.

L’invaiatura è iniziata i primi giorni di agosto, ma non tutti cloni di Kékfrankos sono uguali. Come si vede nelle foto, il clone 379 ha già iniziato a cambiare colore, mentre i chicchi di KT-1 (la terza foto) ancora sono verdi.

Osservare e controllare le differenze in termini di maturazione fenolica è molto importante e se necessario la vendemmia sarà fatta in gironi diversi.

A magyarországi Egri borvidéken megkezdődött a kékfrankos bogyók zsendülése. Érdekesség, hogy mekkora különbségek mutatkoznak egyes klónok esetében.

Itt a kékfrankos tipikus művelésmódja a kordonos kialakítás, négy vegetataív ponttal. A területen két éve kezdtük el alkalmazni a Simonit&Sirch féle metszési módszert. A homogenitás jól látható már most is a tőkéken összehasonlítva a 2018-as vesszőállománnyal.

A zsendülés augusztus első napjaiban kezdődött, de nem egységesen az összes kékfrankos klón esetében. Ahogy a fotókon is látható a 379-es klón előbbre tart a zsendülésben (2. fotó), míg a KT-1-es klón esetében ez a folyamat nem indult meg (3.fotó).

A szüretre nézve fontos, hogy a fenolos érettség végéig kövessük és ellenőrizzük a különbségeket. A szüreti időpont szeparálása is lehetséges.

In Hungary in the Eger area, the veraison of Kékfrankos (Blaufränkisch in Austria) has begun. The differences between the clones is interesting.

The typical training system is Spurred Cordon with four vegetative points. We started pruning with the Simonit&Sirch method two years ago. We can already see the difference to date compared to 2018 in terms of homogeneity.

Veraison began in the first few days of August but not all Kékfrankos clones are the same. As seen in the photos, the 379 clone has already started to change colour, while the berries of the KT-1 (third photo) are still green.

Observing and controlling the differences among in terms of phenolic ripeness is very important and if necessary the harvest will be done at different intervals.
