Crown Head Conversion

I have a 20-year-old vineyard which for years has been pruned using the crown head method. I am trying to convert my Guyot-trained planed from the crown head to the Simonit & Sirch method. Do you think what I have done is correct? Is the management/orientation of the spurs in this way okay?

I would also be interested to know more about this, even a webinar, including where prior pruners have done big repositioning cuts leading to a lot of dead wood
