Austria – Blaufränkisch 2021

E ora di vedere i risultati dopo molti anni di applicazione del metodo Simonit&Sirch. Siamo nel Burgenland, casa della varietà Blaufränkisch.

Nonostante le ormai 6 settimane senza pioggia e temperature costantemente oltre i 30 gradi, le piante mostrano un buon vigore e una buona quantità di uva. Una corretta potatura secca, potatura verde e buona gestione del suolo mostrano i loro frutti anche nelle stagioni più difficili.

Speriamo comunque arrivi un po’ di pioggia nei prossimi giorni.

It is time to see the results after many years of application with the Simonit&Sirch method. We are in the Burgenland, home of the Blaufränkisch variety.

Despite the current 6 weeks without rain and temperatures consistently above 30 degrees celsius ( 86 Fahrenheit), the plants show a good vigour and good amount of grapes. Proper winter pruning, suckering and a good soil management show their fruit even in the most difficult seasons.

However, we hope some rain will arrive in the next few days.
