Despite a cold start to the season with slow bud development. The Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards, thanks to the high temperatures in the last two weeks, have rapidly developed the shoots reaching the phenological stage of flowering.

Germination occurred between the first and second week of April.

Shoot selection done on April 26 with shoots at the 3rd/5th leaf .
