Spurred cordon pruned with the SIMONIT&SIRCH Method Vs traditional pruning methods

Marco Simonit compares 2 15-years-old vine plants trained as Spurred Cordon: one that has been pruned with traditional methods and the other that from the very beginning has been pruned applying the SIMONIT&SIRCH Method. Both plants are dissected so that it is possible to see the consequences of the two pruning methods on the internal structure of the plants.
